Here is our third contribution for our Gaia Programming Contest. This is a beginning to an environmental portal which kind of is like an "advanced forum" application.





Environmental Portal is a forum application where users can add up posts and comment on existing posts. Kind of like a forum specialized for environmental issues.

The project website can be found here though it's a closed project website and I think you must ask the user to gain access to it, so I've included the code for download here.
