Licensing for Gaia Ajax Widgets

We provide a dual license model for our software. This means we have two types of licenses which you can choose between.

GPL License - Open Source

If you want to develop Open Source software you can download and use our GPL version without asking us for permission. Gaia Ajax Widgets is published under a pure GPL version 3 license which can be found under the link to the right.

Gaia Proprietary License

If you are devloping closed source software, then you can purchase a valid proprietary license, and you will use Gaia as any commercial software.

Quid Pro Quo

Gaiaware believes in Quid Pro Quo which basically means something for something. So either you "pay us" by contributing to the Open Source community or you pay us with money to guarantee the ongoing further development of Gaia Ajax Widgets.
