This license only applies if you have bought software
components from Gaiaware AS or in any other way
aquired the rights to use this license. This license
applies to you as an individual and is not transferable
unless you have been given the explicit permission to
transfer it from Gaiaware AS. This license also
applies only for the version of the component you have
aquired from Gaiaware AS. If you use any later
versions than what you have legally aquired from Gaiaware
the GPL license terms will take over and
effectively render this license invalid. The motivation
of this license is to give you a commercial path to
utilizing software components aquired from Gaiaware AS
in closed source applications you as an individual are
developing or takes part in developing.
It is also motivated by your freedom to be able to modify
the component if you should want to but does not grant
you the right to distribute those modifications in any way.

3a is for developers who have purchased the ISV version of
the component, while 3b is for developers who have
purchased the ICV version of the component. This means that
only one of them applies according to which license you
have purchased.

1. This program and all of its source files are
the intellectual property of Gaiaware AS.

2. You can modify the source files of the component
you have aquired as you wish however you may not
redistribute those modifications to anyone else
other than those that have aquired a commercial
license to the same version of the component as
you have.

3a. == APPLIES ONLY FOR customers who have bought
the "Developer License Subscription" customer program
(Application Vendors) of Gaiaware AS.
You can create any number of applications based
on the version that you have acquired and distribute
those applications as you wish without any restrictions.
However every developer working on the project(s) must
have one license each.

3b. == APPLIES ONLY FOR customers who use the
"Domain/Server License" customer program (Consultancy)
provided by Gaiaware AS.
You can create any number of developer installations based
on the version that you have acquired. If you deploy
these derived products though or deliver them to
customers of yourself you must make sure that the
server and domain you are running these applications
on have the adequate number of domain/server licenses
that you need to comply with the license agreement.
This is one Domain/Server License per domain and server.

4. If you build components meant for developers
or extending by further development then your users
must also aquire a valid license to use the same
component from Gaiaware AS as you have developed
your component with.

5. This license is for you as an individual and only applies
if you have aquired the rights to use this component
from Gaiaware AS by either purchasing the component
or by any other way aquired the rights to use this component.

6. This license is not transferable unless explicitly given
the legal permission to do so by Gaiaware AS.

7. If any of the above terms are broken this license will
render invalid and any software you develop using this
component will have to be registered as GPL software.

8. Gaiaware AS shall in no event be held liable for any claim,
damages or other liability in connection with the software.
